The receptionists were helpful. They gave us an upgrade. A great help since we arrived with kids.
I got a terrible room, the view looked directly at the car park! I asked the staff to change the room, but they refused, saying the hotel was full. The pool was also too cold and we could not swim.

the room seemed quite old. rust looked all over the mirror and the toilet door which was a bit off putting. the pillow was also worn and flat it didn't offer much support. i ended up folding it in half just to get a little height.

i was grateful for the free shuttle bus service it was convenient since the hotel is a walk from the nearest mtr station. the shuttle runs every 30 minutes two ways between the hotel and metroplaza and kwai fong mtr station. i found the hotel room spacious especially given that hotel rooms tend to be small. the hotel required advance reservation for the shuttle bus service.
the receptionist was not friendly i did not feel welcomed at check-in. it's important for hotel staff to be polite to ensure all guests feel valued. this would improve the experience.

I stayed for several nights and found the check-in process seamless! the front desk staff was helpful, and i particularly appreciated the availability of vending machines in the lobby for late-night snacks. housekeeping maintained the room very well and i also liked the shuttle service to the metro.
the hairdryer in my room was not very effective, but i did not want to bother with a replacement

The hotel provides a shuttle service to metro plaza, leaving every 30 minutes. I found this to be a great option for getting to main areas, even though the hotel is not very central. there are stores near the front of the hotel.

My room included air conditioning and buttons to signal 'do not disturb' or 'clean up room'. These modern touches were functional. the room had all necessary amenities! the location was a quick walk to the mtr station, so , made getting around easier.

Peter at the front desk was especially helpful. I found him warm and professional during check-in, so he answered all my questions with a smile. the staff was helpful when needed. i think some staff members were not very friendly.

The rooms were clean and the beds offered great comfort. A water tap provided purified water on each floor. This was convenient. I found the washing machine on the sixth floor useful. The small shop downstairs was perfect for quick needs.
My room felt slightly small, so luggage space was limited.
