terrible room view cold pool
The receptionists were helpful. They gave us an upgrade. A great help since we arrived with kids.
I got a terrible room, the view looked directly at the car park! I asked the staff to change the room, but they refused, saying the hotel was full. The pool was also too cold and we could not swim.

old room flat pillow
the room seemed quite old. rust was all over the mirror and the toilet door which was a bit off putting. the pillow was also worn and flat it didn't offer much support. i ended up folding it in half just to get a little height.

great hotel with helpful staff
free shuttle convenient service
i was grateful for the free shuttle bus service it was convenient since the hotel is a walk from the nearest mtr station. the shuttle runs every 30 minutes two ways between the hotel and metroplaza and kwai fong mtr station. i found the hotel room spacious especially given that hotel rooms tend to be small. the hotel required advance reservation for the shuttle bus service.
the receptionist was not friendly i did not feel welcomed at check-in. it's important for hotel staff to be polite to ensure all guests feel valued. this would improve the experience.

Comfortable Stay Near Transportation
clean rooms purified water washing machine
The rooms were clean and the beds offered great comfort. A water tap provided purified water on each floor. This was convenient. I found the washing machine on the sixth floor useful. The small shop downstairs was perfect for quick needs.
My room felt slightly small, so luggage space was limited.
Service

The staff provided excellent service! Several team members communicated clearly and offered helpful advice . The front desk personnel were friendly and efficient. I appreciated their support.

train station bus stop
The hotel is near a train station and various bus stops. A bus stopped right in front of the hotel, as there is a bus stop there. This was useful since my flight arrived late at night.
